Beyond Graduation is a group workshop for the whole family – parents, children, siblings, grandparents,close friends
Parents of young adults with a disability who will be leaving the school system in the next few years have been very concerned about what the future will look like for them when school ends.
This one day workshop is aimed at making this transition less frightening and overwhelming. The workshop will provide a forum for information-sharing, goal-setting, and action planning for a ‘good life' beyond school.
