Caregiver support workshop

An interactive workshop that will provide information about:

• Referral Process


• In-Home Services: Nursing, Personal Support, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Equippment, etc.


• Specialized Programs: Acquired Brain Injury, Mental Health, Palliative Care, etc.


• Placement into Long Term Care Facilities

The event is co-sponsored by the Toronto Central office of Community Care Access Centres and the Ontario Federation of Cerebral Palsy.

Light Refreshments will be provided
Attendant services and assistance with communication will be provided if requested.
