This year’s annual conference examines the interrelationship between epilepsy and mood, memory and stress. Learn practical strategies for managing these areas of your life and living well with epilepsy.

This conference will be of interest to anyone who has epilepsy, family or friends of someone living with seizures or anyone working in the social services field assisting people with epilepsy.

  • Mood & Depression, Speaker: Kelly McShane, works in the Department of Psychosocial Oncology and Palliative Care, at Princess Margaret Hospital.

  • Epilepsy & Memory, Speaker: Mary Pat McAndrews, Neuropsychologist with the Epilepsy Program at Toronto Western Hospital

  • Manage Stress, Manage Seizures. Speaker: Ruth Hanton teaches fitness and lifestyle management at George Brown College
