Funding for therapies and home care assistance

Hi,

I have a special need child. I was wondering if there is any aid provided for her speech therapy by any organization. Also since I and my wife work full time we require someone to take care of my daughter. Is there any organization that help in finding and funding the help to take care of her at home while we are away at work.

Also please let me know of any useful resources. I have just got to know my daughter is special need and not sure where to go from here.
