ODSP looks at the income of all persons in the benefit home. If the spouse/partner makes money it is used to determine eligablity. If you do not claim this income you can be charged. It is also nicknamed "spouse in the house" when someone on OW/ODSP has a partner living with them, that makes money,or collects from OW/ODSP for themselves because that gives more income then if they claimed together. This is NOT ALLOWED!!!!! So, either don't live with them, or report and hope they make enough to support the whole family..Best of luck!
