Survey on Supports for Families
If your family has someone with an intellectual disability, and you receive residential, employment and other services funded through provincial/territorial departments or agencies, then here's your chance to be heard and have your voice counted.
In what is believed to be the first survey of its kind, you'll be asked to comment on your families' satisfaction with the services you receive.
The survey is being conducted by the Canadian Association of Community Living (CACL), in association with the Community Living Research Project based at the University of British Columbia's Faculty of Social Work.
It's hoped that the survey will also give a picture of how different regions, and groups of people are doing across Canada.
The survey will be an on-line web-based survey that will take about 30 minutes to complete.
