Tax advice for parents with two ASD boys

I have two boys ages 6 and 2. Both children have been diagnosed with ASD, the youngest just a few weeks ago. I have some questions about income tax options. Our situation is somewhat complicated.

For our 2009 taxes, I received a small refund, as did my wife. Her income is more than mine. Combined it is over $150K. She claimed the Disability Tax Credit for the oldest child, re-assessed back to 2004.

In February 2010 we hired a live-in nanny who cares for my youngest child full-time, and for both children in the summer. The nanny cost was $15K in 2010 and will be around $18K this year.

For my 2010 taxes, should I claim attendant care, or child care expenses for my nanny's services? Also, should I claim the disability tax credit for either or both the boys?

This year we will also be paying out-of-pocket for ABA treatment for my 2-yr old son. That cost will be roughly $16K for the 2011 year. What deduction can I use for that treatment (providing our employer insurance doesn't ultimately cover it)?

Thanks for your time.
