Tax break on educational equipment.

My child id being assessed for ADD or ADHD and fine motor delay. I have learned of a stand up desk that they are using in the states that is exhibiting beneficial out comes for children with ADHD and and ergonomically it is ideal for people with fine motor delays as the body is in stable position for writing.I wondered if we buy this desk for our son to use at school to help with his attention and fine motor difficulties. Will this desk be a tax break because he is using it as an educational tool? Like a laptop for those with disgraphia.Does this need to be order by a pediatrician. Please e-mail me soon I am eager to know .
Also do you know if there is any funding or grants available from the government for testing theses innovative educational approaches to ADD or ADHD?
Thank you so much
