I was recently made aware of this comment, and I would first like to apologize for what must have been a very frustrating and disappointing experience for you. I would like to let you know that the communication issues that you or any other parents may have encountered were resolved shortly after they were discovered in November of 2008.
Every effort was made to follow up with every parent whose attempts at contact were not earlier returned. Again, I'm sorry and very much regret that your experience with us was less than positive.

Erinne Henry, the contact listed for Skate Elite, does not answer any e-mails or phone calls. Many parents of special needs kids are really desperate for activities for their kids, and I find it scandalous that this site should advertise but not answer any calls.
